Why preorder?

Preorder simply means made to order. As fashion is the second industry producing the biggest waste worldwide, preorder helps to reduce waste emission. We care about the future of our planet. 

Our items are 80% preorder, as we have our full time tailor and construction team in the studio. Average time to ship an order is 3 working days. Order takes less than 1 week from order date to produce depending of availability of the fabric. Our fabric is 75% imported from Korea and Italy. We will confirm the delivery date after we received orders, if we do not send email that means it will be delivered in time.

Any discount or promotion?

Yes, we are a young brand and we need a lot of support and love. In return, we provide ONE of the followings (choose one):

B. 20% for LIMITED TIME PREORDER PERIOD with minimum of $100 purchase. Use code: check instagram and website page (changes monthly)

What are your shipping options?

For international orders, we measure by weight and charge as following by DHL:

Starting from $20 for ASIA (excl. middle east, india) & Australia, $25 for USA, $30 for Europe and Canada, and $40 for Rest of the world. 

FREE SHIPPING for orders above $250 for US, Asia, and Australia. International shipments typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on customs. Customers are responsible for any custom and duty fee. Please look out for your country's duty import regulation because it varies.

For domestic orders, we charge $2 in Jawa area, $3 for others, and FREE SHIPPING for orders above $100. You should receive your order in 1-3 business days via JNE.

How to place order?

Add items to your shopping cart, check out, and select your payment method. Use discount code if necessary.

For international payment using USD, we use PAYPAL and credit card check out. We accept all credit card. We will process all payment as soon as possible. For design and sample order, we will email the payment link. All personal data obtained in this website will be confidential and used only for conducting transaction as listed on our privacy policy.

Can I return or exchange items?

Yes, ONLY EXCHANGE for orders within 14 days. If there is a damage on the product, you can return them for free of charge after confirming the issue via email. At this time, customers are responsible for return/exchange shipment fee depending on the return/exchange reason. You MUST email info@cleanclothesonly.com to request for a return/exchange. You will receive your full refund or store credit  within 7 business days from received date. Terms and conditions are as following:

1. Items must be returned new and in the exact condition they were received. 
2. Items must not have been used, washed, altered or tailored in any manner. 
3. No visible signs of wear including perfume, makeup stains, deodorant stains, etc. 
4. Items must be returned in their original packaging and tag is attached. 
5. You have 14 days within receiving your items to request for a return. 

*Returns that do not meet these standards cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. 

DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the Terms of Service below carefully before you start to purchase our digital product services.

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created and you will receive email from us soon. If you would like to cancel order, there is a 2 hour timeframe before we start working. Buyers are required to provide adequate information before order starts and delivery time will be given after payment.

Digital items products are listed as, but not limited to, techincal 2d flats, tech packs, and print design. All orders are done based on client specific needs and sometimes vary time to time. Typos on invoice may happen and it is responsibility of buyers to double check the purchased orders before delivery.

Using rude, abusive, improper language, or violent messages is a violation of our Terms of Service. This will result of cancellation of your order without guarantee of refund based on the current progress of the order. 

Using chargebacks and any attempts of financial loss from the company will result in suspension of future orders. Additional invoice may be charged based on the loss and buyers are required to make the payment. Cleanclothesonly.com are not responsible for any taxes and additional payment fees that are not listed on the invoice. 

Revisions are provided for all digital services. Buyers are allowed to use the revision credit appropriately as listed on invoice. Abusing revision request is not tolerated.

All deliveries will be sent via wetransfer or email. We will confirm before final delivery. If there is no response 7 days after delivery, the order is final and revision may not be possible depending on circumstances.

All deliveries are confidential. Buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyright in the work delivered. In rare circumstances, we may display deliveries for portfolio purpose. Buyers are allowed to request take down from the website.

Digital Products' Cancellation policy

Digital products are non-refundable after 2 hour of purchase. Once delivery is made, order is final. If an order is canceled (for any reason), the funds paid will be returned to the Buyer’s paypal or credit card.
